1. AI Valuations
Our valuations are generated through automated algorithms analyzing history, wear, and market trends. These estimates are for informational purposes and should not be considered professional appraisals or financial advice.
2. Data Accuracy
Insights are based on available public and private data records.
We do not guarantee that third-party data inputs are always error-free.
Users are encouraged to verify vehicle condition in person as AI cannot detect all mechanical flaws.
3. Service Availability
Subscription Access: digital reports are typically generated instantly upon request.
Processing Time: Complex data deep-dives may take 1-2 hours depending on system load.
Technical downtime may occur during scheduled AI model updates.
4. Digital Delivery of Reports
You will receive a confirmation link via email or SMS once your valuation report is ready. Access is provided through our secure digital portal. Ensure your contact details are accurate to receive your car's market analysis.
5. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated insights and proprietary data models provided during the service remain the intellectual property of Mobila. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial resale of our tailored valuation reports is strictly prohibited.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes regarding data reports or service delivery shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Narnaul, Haryana, India.
Subscription and Refund Policies
We strive to provide accurate automotive insights. This policy outlines our guidelines for digital service cancellations and refund requests for our data valuation tool.
1. Service Cancellation
Before Processing: You can cancel a report request before the AI analysis begins for a full refund. Contact us at 9729119685 for immediate voids.
Post Delivery: Once a digital report has been generated and sent to your account, the service is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Time Limit: We accept refund inquiries within 7 days of the service purchase date.
Condition: Refunds are only granted in cases of technical failure where the AI failed to generate a report or provided data for the wrong vehicle ID.
Ineligible Cases: Refunds are not issued based on disagreement with the valuation price or personal changes of mind after the vehicle data has been accessed.
3. Support Process
To report an issue, contact our technical team at 9729119685 with your Transaction ID and the specific vehicle VIN.
Once the technical error is verified, we will re-run the analysis or approve a credit to your account.
If a refund is necessary due to system error, we will process the reversal to your original payment method.
4. Review and Verification
Once your inquiry is filed, our data logs will be reviewed to determine if the report was successfully accessed.
We will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund based on evidence of service delivery.
5. Payment Timelines
Digital Payments: Approved refunds will be credited back to your Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI within 5-7 business days.
Credit Balance: Users may opt for service credits to be used for future vehicle valuations, which are applied to the account instantly.
6. Dispute Resolutions
Any disputes arising from service cancellations or refunds are strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Narnaul, Haryana, India.
