Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the breach thereof, or the use of our services/products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Narnaul, Haryana, India. By using this website, you hereby irrevocably consent and submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase on our website.
1. Shipping Partners
We partner with Delhivery and other leading, reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and as quickly as possible. The choice of courier depends on your location and the fastest available delivery route.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS in case of significant delays.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or peak festive seasons.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on the Delhivery portal or the respective partner's website.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer support immediately at 9729119685 with photos of the damaged packaging and item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

6. Governing Law
Any disputes regarding shipments and delivery shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Narnaul, Haryana, India.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped for a full refund. Please contact us immediately at 9729119685 to request a cancellation.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to Delhivery or our shipping partners, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow the return process after receiving the package.
2. Return Window and Eligibility

Time Limit: We accept return requests within [Insert 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items e.g., Innerwear, cosmetics, custom-made items, and items on clearance sale cannot be returned.
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team at 9729119685 with your Order ID and reason for return.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through Delhivery or our shipping partners (subject to serviceability in your area).

If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the item back to us, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costsÂ
4. Inspection and Refund Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
5. Refund Timeline & Mode of Payment

Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days after receiving your details. Â
